How To Make School Mascot Murals

By Christine Olson

Ever since you were still a little kid, your parents have already been pestering you about going to school. It sure is annoying to listen to the exact same thing over and over again. Because of that, you just wish to disappear from the face of the Earth. Probably every single teenager can relate to this one.

But then again, we actually cannot blame our folks from doing so. After all, this also is for your own benefit. Your future self sure will thank you for working hard right now. But then again, just because you need to do it does not mean you cannot splurge on a little fun. You may try making school mascot murals.

Ever since the beginning of time, one way to relieve stress or just expressing your own self was made through making wonderful pieces of artwork. It has many different designs and styles because every feeling and emotion is never the same too. There really is no better way than to show how you truly feel.

Number one on the list is to figure out what you really want to do take and list down everything that goes on inside your head. It surely could help whenever the time will come when you will be needed to make up your mind already. This also sorts out all your confusion and doubts that boggle you so much.

After doing so, it also is pretty important to see to it that the measurements you take are extremely correct and accurate. A single size that is not measured right can actually destroy everything you worked so hard for. Surely, you would not want all those things to just go to waste because of one thing only.

Third is to clear and prepare the spot or location where you will be placing your mural. Since it is called mural for a reason, you are expected to place it on a wall somewhere or probably a pile of lockers. Whatever the case, see to it that the coast is clear already. This way, no hassle will come to you while working.

Paint the base of your entire working space first before starting with more complicated colors. Not doing so will make the artwork harder to handle since you currently are working with various and different hues of bases. Having it in the exact same color totally makes your work more easier for you.

Try painting from the background image and work your way into the front. Changing everything up again and again takes so much more time rather than not having to do it anymore. So before proceeding with your main picture, make sure that you already have your background done and completed already.

When everything else has been said and done, it all boils down to making sure that your work of art does not get erased over the course of time and other external elements and contributors. Make it have a longer life span by using a sealer as the guard or protection from these said elements.
